We thought we were going to miss our morning visit because we had an interview with the local administration today. Prior to giving approval and moving on to our court case they want to verify three things: that the family has good finances, is well prepared (healthcare/training) for a special needs child, and has good home/family stability. They were amazed that we are so young (Bless Them) and already have 6 children, but also understood that we have a lot of love to give (every child deserves to be loved) and our meeting was over quickly enough that we still got to go for our morning visit. It was a good day and a solid visit all around. We had a lot of fun and good interaction...
We started Homeschooling with a book on colors... |
Hey Ethan, you thought Algebra was hard, try learning colors in a different language... |
Sometimes they're more interested in the toys than the lesson |
Dad, are you sure about that? Red, Green, AND Blue? |
It's a good thing she can't read yet. I'm making up the words as it's a local book we bought at the market. |
Uh oh, I think she's on to me, lessons over! It's time for... |
Super hat girl... |
I think she remembered the game from the other day. |
This is a game we affectionately call... |
Catch the Dad! |
And on to the races... |
I'm not so sure I'd take that bet, one of these jockeys looks a little large... |
And they're off... |
And she wins by a nose! |
Mama Says: I got to rope me some of that cowgirl action! |
Chase the hoop... |
Dad, show me how this thing works... |
Dad's Hula hips don't seem to work, the hoop has clearly fallen... |
Here you go Daddy, try this... |
Ta Da! Hula Girl! |
That's all for now, thanks for checking on us...
